About Rob
Since 2001, Rob has been actively working in the construction industry to include residential, commercial, industrial, medical facilities, publicly funded government buildings and schools.
Starting under a General, Mechanical (HVAC), & Plumbing contractor that served all of New Jersey, Southern New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania. He served as an Aircraft Structural Maintainer (2a773) for the US Air Force, which additional duties included facilities management and maintenance throughout most of his military career. Following the military, he served Hillsborough and surrounding counties as an HVACR service technician for several years and most recently stood as the building inspector and property maintenance engineer for all locations in Hillsborough County, for one of the largest banks in the US. He has held an EPA universal certification for Refrigerant since 2001, and now also holds a certification in Low GWP Refrigerant Safety: A2L Refrigerants. He is also an InterNACHI certified Inspector, as well as a Part 107 licensed drone operator.

Amanda handles all the office operations of Apex Sight Solutions. With a long history of administrative and paralegal experience, she handles all the scheduling and the research of your property prior to your inspection. She researches the permits through the county, so the information provided within your report is as accurate as possible. She also handles the coordination of the community events that her and Rob both volunteer with and in preparation of the vendor events they attend. She strives to make sure that your experience with Apex Sight Solutions is smooth and stress free.
