About Rob
Rob Lendenmann
Since 2001, Rob has been actively working in the construction industry, including residential, commercial, industrial, medical facilities, publicly funded government buildings, and schools.
He started under a General, Mechanical (HVAC), and Plumbing contractor that served New Jersey, Southern New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania. He then served as an Aircraft Structural Maintainer (2A773) for the U.S. Air Force, where additional duties included facilities management and maintenance throughout much of his military career.
Following the military, Rob served Hillsborough and surrounding counties as an HVACR service technician for several years. Most recently, he served as the building inspector and property maintenance engineer for all Hillsborough County locations of one of the largest banks in the U.S.
Rob has held an EPA universal certification for refrigerant since 2001, holds a Low GWP Refrigerant Safety: A2L Refrigerants certification, is an InterNACHI Certified Inspector, and is a Part 107 licensed drone operator.

Amanda handles all office operations for Apex Sight Solutions. With a long history of administrative and paralegal experience, she handles scheduling and researches your property before the inspection.
She reviews county permit records so the information provided within your report is as accurate as possible. Amanda also coordinates the community events she and Rob volunteer with, along with the vendor events Apex Sight Solutions attends.
She strives to make sure your experience with Apex Sight Solutions is smooth and stress free.
